Jennifer Thompson, MS RD LD is a Registered Dietitian, fully credentialed and licensed to practice in the U.S. and in Alabama.  She has been in practice since 2008, working in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Auburn University, minoring in Human Development and Family Studies.  She completed a dietetic internship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and was awarded a fellowship in Adolescent Medicine at Children’s Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama.

Jennifer received her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition with an emphasis in Exercise Science from UAB.  As a Registered Dietitian, she serves on leadership and advocacy committees for the Alabama Dietetic Association and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
